Good medical cover is an essential ingredient of a safe and successful event, but providers vary greatly in experience, reliability and competence. Going with the cheapest option may be very tempting but could turn out to be an expensive mistake.

At 10:30am on Thursday 24th October, the Event Medical Association (EMA) intends to address the key issues as it hosts a facilitated discussion between event organisers, NHS ambulance advisors and medical providers.

Topics on the agenda include:

  • What should event organisers expect from their provider?
  • How do SAGs assess event medical plans?
  • What does a good medical provider look like?

The session will be held on Qdos Event Hire’s exhibition stand which is located in Avenue A, stand 107.
