The Festival Supplier Awards is looking forward to exhibiting at The Showman’s Show for the first time. With the deadline for submitting entries still a few weeks away, it’s a great time to talk to the team and discover what’s involved. You’ll find the team on stand 47 in the Exhibition Hall where they’ll be happy to share details of the categories (including those that are new for 2025), entry process, impressive judging panel and the evening itself.
Anyone who visits the stand and downloads the 2025 entry form will be entering into a prize draw to win two tickets to the Festival Supplier Awards worth £660. The tickets include a drinks reception, 3 course meal, wine and entertainment.
The Festival Supplier Awards will return for their tenth outing at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, London on Thursday 30th January 2025. The hugely popular networking event celebrates festivals and outdoor events, and all the fantastic suppliers and production teams who deliver them.
The awards cover a multitude of outdoor event essentials, from staging, crowd management, temporary structures and crewing to crowd barriers, toilets, technology and visual spectaculars. There are also awards recognising green suppliers, site and production management, Supplier Team of the Year and our Unsung Heroes. New categories for 2025 include Best Supplier to an International Outdoor Event, Best Festival / Outdoor Event Venue and Best Accreditation & Site Liaison Team.
