Eventive Media, organiser of the Festival Supplier Awards, has announced that the hugely popular event will return for its 10th outing on Thursday 30th January 2025 in a new venue. The Grand Hall within the De Vere Connaught Rooms in central London will play host to outdoor event suppliers, production companies and organisers when they come together early next year.
Michelle Tayton, event director said: “The Festival Supplier Awards is a firm favourite in the festival and outdoor event industry’s calendar. Reaching our 10th event is a milestone and we’re incredibly proud of the community that we’ve created. There’s something very special about the awards; the memories made, the relationships forged, and the support we receive. The atmosphere is relaxed and celebratory but there’s also a serious side to acknowledging the impressive achievements of our industry.
“We believe that having the right setting to deliver that is pivotal and that we’ve found the perfect venue in the Connaught Rooms. It’s in a fantastic location, the décor is stunning and the team are as welcoming as they are experienced. We’re really excited about the 2025 awards and are determined to make it our best yet.”
The Festival Supplier Awards cover a multitude of outdoor event essentials, from staging, crowd management, temporary structures and crewing to crowd barriers, toilets, technology and visual spectaculars. There are also awards recognising green suppliers, site and production management, supplier teams and unsung heroes. Entries for 2025 officially open on 2nd September, however the entry form is available on its website.
