In the first session of the Sustainable Events Summit, 19th October at The Showman's Show, Richard Phillips, Climate Change Specialist for the Music Industry at Julie's Bicycle, presents Future Festival Tools: a set of free resources designed to empower event professionals with green competency, tools and personal certification. 

The Future Festival Tools will be launched in the UK for the first time at the Sustainable Events Summit, in a session which will give a snapshot of what is available, a live demonstration running through different impact areas (e.g. energy, materials, waste, food and drink) to show how festival managers and event coordinators can self-assess their current level of sustainability and move forward with bespoke recommendations.
